The controller of the personal data collected on pacayasamiria.com.pe is Negocios Turísticos Marañón S.A.C. (Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge), with offices at José Gálvez 542, Iquitos, Loreto, Peru. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
2. What data we collect
- Data you send us: name, email, phone, country, dates and program of interest, and the message you write in our forms or in the booking engine.
- Browsing data: pages and sections visited, date and time, device type, language, approximate country and city, referring page and, if you arrive from an ad, the campaign parameters (for example, GCLID or UTM). This data is linked to a random identifier and does not include your name or email unless you send us a form.
3. How we use it
- To answer your inquiries, prepare quotes and manage your booking.
- To measure how the site and our advertising campaigns perform, and to know which channel brought each inquiry.
- To send you news, only if you ticked the corresponding box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The legal basis is your consent when you send a form, the pre-contractual steps you request (quote and booking) and our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations.

With the providers that help us operate: web hosting and analytics (Cloudflare), form delivery (FormSubmit), sales management (Odoo), email (Google), the booking and payment system, and advertising platforms (Google and Meta). Some of them may process data outside Peru. We do not sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
Inquiry and booking data, for as long as the business relationship lasts and the applicable legal periods. Browsing data, for up to 25 months.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we did not address your request, you may contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
