Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge (hereinafter, “the Lodge,” “we”) values ​​and respects the privacy of those who contact us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal data you provide to us, in compliance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law of Peru, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, and other applicable regulations.

The collected data is stored in the Lodge's personal data bank, which is used for managing clients and prospects. The Lodge takes the necessary steps to register and/or update this data with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection, when required.

We will retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described and, subsequently, for the periods required by applicable regulations. Once these purposes and periods have been fulfilled, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

In such cases, we adopt the safeguards required by Law No. 29733 and its Regulations to protect your information.
