We maintain a service that allows you to enjoy the Amazon jungle to its fullest
Our programs are “all inclusive”: all transfers, accommodation, meals and excursions are included in the service we offer from the moment we pick up the passengers in Iquitos, while they enjoy the whole experience and until we drop them off again in Iquitos
The round trip between Iquitos and Nauta (2 hours approx. each way) are organized in private vehicles, offering full comfort and security to our passengers
In addition to the transfers from Nauta to the Ecolodge and back, our excursions are made using our own boats. We travel across the Marañon
River and other tributaries to enter and tour part of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve
We include the services of qualified bilingual guides who have a vast experience and knowledge of the area
We work with SERNANP in conservation projects, such as the case of the river turtles (Taricayas), the aguaje palm, among others
We have insurance against all types of risks and virtual medical assistance 24/7, if necessary we will transfer our guest(s) to Nauta or Iquitos for prompt attention
We are concerned about the bio-security of our passengers and staff, complying with strict protocols in that regards
We take care and protect the 130 hectares of our forest and the areas destined to the service of our guests
RECOMMENDATIONS
Schedule Arrival Flights (LIM/IQT) into Iquitos before 09:00 AM and Departure Flights (IQT/LIM) that leave after 6:00 PM
If you arrive or leave at different times than mentioned above, you will need to request and pay for additional transfers
On the last day of the program, lunch will be included depending on the time of your departure flight. If your flight departs before lunch hour, keep in mind that there will be no discount or reimbursement
Due to the remote location, there is electricity only from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (220 v). However, the lodge provides each cabin a flashlight to be used while at the lodge.
The program activities may vary depending on weather conditions due to the dry and rainy seasons in the Amazonian rivers. Our guides will make changes on- site as needed in order to accomplish the goals of the different excursions
Please note that as an eco-lodge, we prioritize the well-being of the environment and for this reason we do not have access to hot water or air conditioning inside the bungalows
